Meet the Founder
A love for recruiting along with decades of real-world logistics and supply chain leadership all wrapped into one
Currently, I am the Head of Workforce Development at Veteran Social Talent Solutions, a branch of Veteran Social. Before that, I was the Vice-President of Recruiting with Tenth Mountain Recruiting.
I have a 26-year passion for Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I possess unique skills, experience, and education across the private, government, international, and military sectors (two of which are the Air Force and the Army). I am a prior enlisted NCO in the Air Force and a Commissioned Officer in the US Army. For my accomplishments in Supply Chain Management as the Director of Logistics with the US Army Reserve, I was awarded the Army Achievement Medal with the “M” device, which denotes a mobilization for a contingency operation.
I earned my Demonstrated Master Logistician designation and DAU certifications in Lifecycle Logistics Level I + II, Program Management Level I, and COR. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Logistics Management. I am starting my second year as a Doctoral candidate in Supply Chain Management and Logistics at Liberty University. I have a 3.9 GPA and am a member of the Omega Lambda Nu National Honor Society. Thank you.
