Internal list rate for out-of-scope work: $225 per hour (remote); $250 per hour (onsite).
Onsite consulting day rate: $1,800 per day.
Travel: Preapproved travel expenses billed at cost. Travel time outside the Oklahoma City metro area is billed at 50% of the applicable hourly rate.
Scope changes: New requests outside the written scope require a change order or separate proposal.
Success fees: Consider only after you agree on a reliable baseline and benefit-validation method. Any success fee should be in addition to a base project fee.
